How do I return an item?
An item is only exchanged if it reaches you in damaged condition. If you think, you have received the product in bad condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. And kindly contact our customer care at firstname.lastname@example.org regarding the same mentioning your order id. A replacement will be sent to you without any additional cost.
However, if the product received is correct and in high quality, we wouldn't accept returns.
Please note that we will NOT accept returns of products that have been used, laundered or customer damaged.
Please note that we do NOT accept returns or refunds for items on sale.
Returned items must arrive in original condition to be eligible for a refund. Items that are returned and arrive damaged cannot be refunded. This includes items that are damaged in transit. It is the customer's responsibility to correctly package to ensure they arrive safely to our returns department.
Make sure you fill in your correct address when ordering from us.
We cannot accept responsibility for the wrong address being used with an order.
Email us at email@example.com if your clothes do not arrive, and we'll get in touch with our courier company to track down the package.
