About Phulkari ~ we bring traditional heritage of Punjab in form of embroidered Phulkari Dupattas. The main characteristics of Phulkari embroidery are use of darn stitch Punjabi women create innumerable alluring and interesting designs and patterns by their skilfull manipulation of the darn stitch. Most common and popular motifs are geometric.
Making a phulkari involves a labor-intensive process and takes months to create. It is no wonder that it is a powerful symbol of Punjabi cultural identity.
